Canada
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $9.99 CAD
- Express Shipping (5-7 business days): $19.99 CAD
Europe
- Standard Shipping (10-14 business days): $12.99 EUR
- Express Shipping (5-7 business days): $24.99 EUR
Other International
- Standard Shipping (14-21 business days): $14.99
- Express Shipping (7-10 business days): $29.99
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email
- Entering your tracking number on our Order Tracking page
- Using the carrier's website directly
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using USPS. Express and Priority shipping options that require signatures may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
International Shipping
For international orders, please note:
- All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times do not include time spent in customs
- We cannot mark packages as "gift" or lower the declared value
- Some countries may have restrictions on electronic products
Shipping Issues
